Molecular Model

  1. Select a compound from the prepared lists: Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
  2. Research the compound using the internet and other resources.  Based on this research, construct a 3-D molecular model and write a report on your compound.
  3. The model should be well constructed, accurate (atoms, bonds, and shape), and correctly labeled.
  4. The written report should be thorough, accurate, neat, and well written.
  5. The report should contain but not limited to:
                     A.  Description of its composition
                     B.  Historical information--origin
and researcher
                     C.  Production
                     D.  Use
                     E.  Formula
                     F.   Bibliography (proper form) -- report
and model
6. Scoring:
